The ground floor hosts the large living room with a fire place, an open kitchen area, a bathroom with toilet, a studio/bedroom and an entrance area that centrally accesses everything. The ground floor living room opens up southward to a covered terrasse and into the garden.The ground floor is complemented with a substantial basement which includes a bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet, a technical room and a 48 m2 fitness room & SPA with Finnish sauna, Infrared sauna, shower, spring water supply and relaxing beds.The 1st floor features another 4 bedrooms with south, east and west facing balconies and individual bathroom, providing space for up to 8 people.The chalet also includes an attic of about 70 m2. Moreover, there are 2 train stations with regional/national train and bus connections in the close vicinity of the chalet.The state capital Klagenfurt, about 45mn drive away, houses the nearest major airport (68 km).
