We purchased this beautiful 1973 Airstream in Baltimore, USA in 2018,

We renovated it in 2022. Just one other previous owner!! We completely removed the interior and made it modern and comfortable, with high-quality appliances and an elegant, easy-to-clean design. It has a double bed in the back, two cabin-type beds for children and a large single sofa. Easily fits 5 total, 3 adults and 2 children.

Bathroom and toilet, with normal toilet which is currently connected to a septic system. Its has a gas boiler. It has a kitchen with a 2 ring gas hob and A rated fridge freezer, with an A rated Mitubushi air conditioning unit (hot and cold). We have been using it for families and Airbnbs. We are selling due to moving. We live off grid with Solar and Battery system so we wanted modern luxury but run as efficiently as possible.

The Airstream as it stands can be modified to be a touring caravan again, but after homologating our Land Rover Defender to Spanish Plates 🫠
We opted out to do this with the Airstream and make it a standing guest accommodation. If the new owners choose to do that there is plenty of space under the beds to put water tanks or modifications to make a touring caravan once again.

I am a electrician and builder I can construct a decking and pool for about €12000 (this is an estimate as location and groundwork may effect this price)
